Clear the 1st room, then kill the 4 battleships in the final room, the mission is flagged complete when all have been destroyed. You don't need to kill the Battlecruisers, Cruisers or Frigates.

Optional Approach
I've done this in a Dominix Drone Boat (T2 Sentries), sniped most hostiles from warp in point without shields even getting to 75%. Better yet I refitted for more DPS and cleared the rooms without a scratch.
